VA was housed in multiple lease locations for medical office space ranging in size from 10,000 RSF to 50,000 RSF located throughout the Las Vegas Valley area. With leases set to expire in 2011 and 2012, VA engaged Public Properties to implement a lease consolidation strategy that resulted in highly effective veteran care throughout the valley. The strategy focused on concentrated areas of the veteran population and accessible public transportation routes; further discussions examined whether one large facility or multiple facilities would best serve the community. VA’s final determination was to lease a full service build-to-suit OPC in each of the four quadrants of the valley..
